Announcing our Brew in the Lou 2026 custom brew, Lily Pond Lager!

Try it for yourself at the Brew in the Lou 2026 Release Party

We’re proud to introduce Lily Pond Lager, the official custom beer crafted exclusively for this year’s festival by our friends at 2nd Shift Brewing.

Crisp, refreshing, and created especially for Brew in the Lou, Lily Pond Lager is the perfect beer to raise as we celebrate great brews, good food, live music, and the St. Louis community.

Congratulations to Our Naming Contest Winners

The name Lily Pond Lager was selected through our Brew in the Lou naming contest—and we had not one, but two winning entries!

Congratulations to Andrew Roberts and Becky Sudholt, who each submitted the same winning name. Thank you to everyone who shared creative ideas and helped make this year’s custom beer one to remember.

Be Among the First to Try It

Join us for the official Lily Pond Lager release party on September 30 from 6–8 p.m. at 2nd Shift Brewing.

Celebrate with fellow craft-beer fans, meet author Joel Bittle of Gateway Beer, and be among the first to enjoy Lily Pond Lager before the festival. Joel will also be signing copies of his book during the event.
